Okay folks.
Old placards and posters that are related to hemp in one way or another.
Yeah guys, now we are here with an old friend
which is Linda from Sensi Seeds,
you will remember her from our Cultiva-Interview
Hello Linda - Hello!
We now are in Barcelona, at the beach
of course and as always with a little kush at hand.
We got that at our Cannabis Social Club, where we are regulars.
Very tasty, super nice Kush for 6,50€
We will now have a look at the city and at the Hash Museum, come along.
Good morning
- the matutinal tipp -
Here in Spain you can almost anywhere get coffee and croissants and sandwiches
for very little money in almost every cafe.
Thats why my advice for you is, if you come to barcelona,
book your hotel without breakfast.
I'll have a bite now and then it's over with the talking and we'll see us in the Hash Museum in a second.
The house itself is incredibly beautiful already,
an old art nouveau building, refurbished in hemp-style
absolutely unique.
I think there is a lot to be seen in there, let's get in, come along.
Wow!
Industrial Hemp
Up there is the Santa Maria, the ship of Christopher Columbus
even this ship could have never been build without hemp.
All kind of tools for the processing of hemp fibres
and for the production of hemp fibres.
In here is one of the very first growing magazines in the world.
Our predecessors, very interesting.
Oh noes... S#*"t
even worse!
No no no, that won't do!
Stop it, stop it!
I thought this would be george washington, it looks like from afar
But good old Shakespear was a hemp fancier as well
so there is also a little corner for him in here.
The club of hachichins, from france, is mentioned over here
Walter Benjamin -Haschisch
This seems to be more like the litarature and culture corner.
How hemp shaped our minds over the last centuries.
Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, the list appears to be endless,
of famous people who liked to smoke some pot.
Thats what they focus on over here.
And now we reach the modern times over here.
Which means we are talking about cannabis-cultere from 1975-
or more like 1965, when it all started again, until today.
Eek-A-Mouse live on Sunsplash
Ganjasmuggeling - when he was arrested right on stage back in 1982 - Eek-A-Mouse
because of the song they arrested him right on stage.
A Pothead-game with Popeye
he also smoked his spinache in the pipe i think.
Or do i mix something up there?
Now we are in the prohibition-room
Starting with pope Innozenz VIII, the old prohibitionist
That something like catholicism is allowed and hemp isn't.. thats immane.
Next to the prohibition room is the legalisation room
And in here two of the highlights of this exhibition!
Like Picasso wasn't a stoner.
We are here in Barcelona, wich is one of the domains of Pablo Picasso
and who, after seeing these two pictures, sais Dope wasn't Picassos cup of tea.
Thats a lie! - A lie. It ain't true.
And those are originals from picasso hanging here.
Everywhere in here are these marvelous glass engravings
that the director of the museum, sophie made herself,
I haven't seen something that lovely in a long time.
Cannabis as a medicine!
Over here we have the cannabis that you get in germany or in the netherlands at the pharmacy.
Oh, overe here. Cannabis mixed with Belladonna - hmm!
I'd like to give that a try.
Most of this stuff, so, most cannabis-medicals are from the US.
Weird that it was forbidden over there as well.
I'm quite sure we aren't the fist bongheads
and i always thougth that especially in asia bongs are popular
but, and i wasn't really familiar with that,
africans seem to like to bubble as well.
Isn't that a nice little pipe guys?
If you stuff it with a nice kush a whole army can live off it.
From such a big bowl.
So over here we are talking more about asian stuff, are we?
Cause this bamboo-*** is from asia for sure.
The one down there as well, cause i know its in asia, in Thailand and Cambodia
this is the typical way to smoke some weed.
Thru a bamboo-tube and a one-hit-bowl, a slippy.
See you later.
And now i would say i'll have a smoke.
I'll go to the Balcony where i want to show you something as well.
So, now i'm on the smokers-balcony of the Hash Museum.
Of course it's a no-smoking-museum
but, and i really like this, they have a balcony with an ashtray.
Green Light for stoners.
And just have a look at that: Incredible, isn't it?
Stained-glass ornaments, with lead framework like they where made in old churches,
all that in art-nouveau-style, but with the modern reference to cannabis.
One of the most beautiful Buildings i've been to.
And the valley-kush isn't all wrong eighter.
The place to go for cannaseurs, this place.
Now you got to know a lot of people of this awesome company,
which also enabled a lot for us at exzessiv.
I hope you liked it, i wish you a very pleasant weekend,
See you in two weeks, bye!
But first i'll have a nice valley-kush from the cannabis social club here,
you know one can buy weed legally over here.
With a little trick, this will make some sizzling noise now,
how to light a joint if its very windy?
Pay attention!
Awesome Trick, isn't it?
