Hi this is Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how
to make Veal Marsala. Alright so now we are just going to put this aside. This is going
to be used later for when we start to sauteing everything in our pan. We are getting everything
ready. I took my veal I put that on the side on the pan. It looks great. I am going to
clean my pan. You might not want to clean your pan but if you see a lot of burnt pieces
in your pan. You don't want to use that. So clean out your pan. You just see some nice
carmelization on the bottom of the pan then you would want to use that. So I won't actually
clean it out what I will do spill it out and wipe it out with a paper towel. Alright coming
back let's just show you how to get a few pieces of garlic out of there. Put point end
knife on board butt end in the back and give it a punch and we are going to use three gloves
today. So it was that easy to use these three gloves. So when I come back I will show you
how easy it is to get them out of there skin and chop them up. That's Veal Marsala here
