Hi I am Grace Smith your Hypno Coach and were going to get started right now with a childhood
regression. So that you can re-experience happy wonderful a childhood memory. And even if you feel as
thought you might not have very many of those, you may want to just try today's session just
give it a whirl. And you maybe pleasant surprised to know that deep inside you there is a wonderful
happy memory of your childhood that you can bring forward with you today. And if you have

go ahead and get started closing your eyes, taking a nice deep letting go breath.
Relaxing all the way down. Relaxing the forehead and smoothing out any creases. Relaxing the
tiny muscles next to the eyes letting them hang heavy and slack. Relaxing the jaw letting
it hang all the way down. Relaxing the shoulders, relaxing the arms all the way thru to the
finger tips. Relaxing the legs all the way out to the bottoms of the feet. Putting a
smile on your lips, triggering those endorphins to start flooding the body with wonderful
feelings. And then repeating out loud or silently to yourself after me. Five i am going deeper
and deeper. Four I am going deeper and deeper. Three I am going deeper and deeper. Two I
am going deeper and deeper. One I am going deeper and deeper. And now taking a nice big
deep letting go breath. Putting that smile on your face again. Flooding the mind and
body with endorphins. And now in just a moment you are going to begin to imagine a beautiful
big sturdy fluffy cloud. The beautiful big sturdy fluffy cloud is soft as a babies blanket.
Your going to climb inside that beautiful cloud now. Imagine your climbing into that
beautiful could now. That cloud is so soft so sturdy so safe. You are so very deeply
relaxed there in that beautiful cloud. As it holds you. And in just a moment i'll begin
to count backwards from five to one and with each and every decreasing number you'll continue
to go back in time. And with each and every decreasing number that beautiful sturdy cloud
floats up and floats back in time. Floating up and floating back in time. So that when
i reach the number one and gently snap my fingers that beautiful soft wonderful fresh
cloud will be floating over a happy childhood memory. A happy childhood memory that is important
for you to see at this time. And five cloud floating up now. Four cloud floating back
in time. three cloud floating ll the way back in time. Two the cloud going all the way back
to the happy childhood memory, all the way back to a happy childhood memory. And one
flying a cloud to hover over this happy childhood memory. One that is important for you to re-experience
at this time. Now begin to imagine that wonderful cloud gently starting to float down toward
the ground. Gently starting to float down into the scene. Notice whats going on all
around you. And if you would like to you to you can jump out of that cloud and enter into
the scene you can merge with the younger you the little you and re-live this experience
now. Or you can choose to stay in the cloud and hover above. And go ahead and using your
minds eye you can look around and notice what is happening there. taking a number of nice
long deep breathes just smelling whats going on there. And staying deeply relaxed feeling
how it feels to be there in that happy childhood memory. Innocent happy. And now really take
some time to absorb all of those wonderful happy feelings. All of the car free wonderful
joy of this moment and bring it into your heart. Bring it into your mind and your body.
Bring it in all around you, breathing in all of that wonderful happy childhood memory.
Absorbing every sensation. And feeling those wonderful happy childhood memories all around
you all within you. You can climb back into that cloud now. Climbing back into that cloud
and really snuggling back into that sturdy safe wonderful cloud. You can imagine that
cloud floating back up now, floating back up and towards that present moment. Coming
back to this day and this time. And as you come back to this day and this time. Just
imagine the cloud landing exactly where you are. And you and this cloud mergers with the
you listening to this tap to this recording. Merging together in this moment in this present
moment. Experience that wonderful joy in that moment of childhood. Feeling that right now
in that present moment, knowing that this now live with you in this present moment.
It is here with you back in reality apart of your existence. Very good. Im putting another
nice big smile on your lips. and taking another nice deep letting go breath. While we begin
to come back now. One starting to come back up two moving the feet arms and hands three
stretching as normal level of energy returning to the body. Four feeling great and five opening
the eyes and coming all the way back and taking just a moment to acalmate. Noticing how great
it feels to have brought back this wonderful childhood memory and experience into the present
room. and this is one of the beauties of Hypnosis even though regression therapy is inherently
about regressing to the past in order to do some healing work. The whole reason for doing
it is to enjoy the present moment so we can live in the present moment. Which means any
of the joy love or innocence unconditional love exploration fun that you experienced
as a baby and a child can be felt right now. Right now in the present moment. Very good
