This is my video of my recipe for Chinese steamed pork spare ribs in black bean sauce
GIVE IT A TRY
The first thing you are going to need for this recipe is half a sheet of pork spare ribs
preferably the tips cut up into bite size pieces
and put them to one side the next thing we need to be adding is
2 tablespoons or 4 teaspoons of black bean sauce
you can buy this anywhere then we are going to need 1 table spoon of
rice wine not rice wine vinegar or you can put sherry in if you wanted to
followed by 2 teaspoons of corn flower or corn starch
and then some fresh ginger if you can get it
the way i use it I use frozen and just grate it
we want about 1cm to 2cm piece grinding
a nice fresh garlic rip off 2 clove and crush them both into the mix or marinade
then a quarter teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
followed by around a teaspoon of cooking oil and around 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
and then just to finish off a teaspoon of sugar
and then give it all a good mix and stick your meat in to soak up the marinade
set it to one side for 30 to 40 minutes and get your steamer ready to go
making sure your water level is correct and the timer is set for around 25 to 35 minutes
stick your mixture in put the lid on and 25 minutes later
wa la its done just give it a try its absolutely gorgeous
