As we are waiting for our rice to come back up to a little bit of a boil we are going
to take our scallion and we are going to pick off and go through and pick out any of the
bad parts. And then we are going to trim one end and then trim the other. Before we go
ahead and cut this we have got our frozen peas about a half cup and we are going to
add these in and give them a stir. And now we are going to come back to our scallions
and we'll chop this all the way down and then we'll take our cilantro and add that to our
rice. And we will also give that a quick stir and we'll come and add our scallions and after
we stir them we'll go ahead and put the top on and let this continue to reduce.
