Hi, we are at Lightroom 4
I am using a Mac. In PC is almost the same and it should be the same.
So, the first thing we need to do here...
Is downloading a preset which can be found in this website.
I'll leave the link in the description.
And you need to go down here where it says: 'Download the Presets Templates zip file'
So, when you successfully downloaded it. Go to Lightroom and...
you have to go to 'Preferences'... and show the 'Preset folder of Lightroom'.
You are going to be here at 'Lightroom folder'...
And here says: 'Slideshow Templates'. Open that folder...
'User templates'... and in this folder is where you need to paste...
The presets you have already downloaded.
Then, we are going to move forward to my 'Download folder'.
And i am going to pick this folder...'LRB Timelapse'.
So, what am I going after in here?
'Video Presets'... 'User Presets'
This is what you need to copy.
Now, where are you going to paste this? I placed it in...
'Slideshow Templates'. It is also: 'Video Presets', 'User Presets'.
And I think you can place it also in here.
But in this opportunity I went to 'Slideshow Templates', 'User Templates'
And I pasted them here in the folder.
And that's it. Copy and paste. Nothing else.
Then, having done that...
We are at Lightroom and we can see all the pictures we took that day.
In total there were 889 photos...
And well, this is the first one... 'Reveal'.
The truth is that the photos look pretty good...
But, they can be improved and since we are in Lightroom...
We can leverage and make them a little bit better.
For example, let's move to 'Basics' and click on 'automatic'...
Doing this you will automatically improve a little the exposure ...
But If I want to take advantage on the greens and the reds of the picture I can increase the intensity...
and you can realize... we can appreciate more intense colors.
Maybe a little more contrast. At your own taste...
You can adjust the exposure a bit if you want...
And well, you got plenty of options to play with the colors. For example...
You can increase the greens or decrease the reds. Check it out for yourself..
I will set it here.
So, here you can keep playing with the settings of the photo.
But, in order to avoid the editing of every single picture...
Because we are talking about 889 pictures... Lightroom has a very good function...
That is going to help us to copy the changes we have made.
What you need to do... Right here in the 'Reveal' option...
Is that we are going to move to 'Edit' and then 'Select all'.
And basically... we are going to select the first picture.
And move forward to 'synchronize'.
Here you can select every option...imposition, contrast...
Every aspect of the photo... and synchronize.
And you are going to check out that they will start improving a little bit...
The photos began to improve and in a little while they are going to get better.
So, that is going to take a little while. Not too much.
At least a couple of minutes or a minute. So, having this done...
and when we are satisfied with the colors we want, we move to projection...
Here in the 'template browser', at the 'template user'...
We can find the presets we have already pasted.
The one I have chosen was this one: 24 frames per second.
Why? Because 24 fps is what is used in films, for example.
24 photos per second or frames per second.
So simply we click it right here; in 24 frames per second.
and export video.
Ok. You download it or you save it anywhere you want.
Timelapse... 1080, 720, any resolution you want.
And export. I am not going to click on export because I have already done that.
This is going to take some time. This amount of time is going to depend on your computer processor.
If you want to see the final result...
I am going to show you... right away.
