Some of the tricks that you'll need to learn before doing the Nollie Varial Flip is you'll
just need to learn the two root motions of the trick. Nollie Varial or Nollie Shove-it
and Nollie Flips. Once you have each one of these tricks you can imagine you just combine
the two motions and you can do a Nollie Varial Flip. So what you do is you set up in a Nollie
position and Nollie and shove-it your board in front of you the way you can see it. When
you start out trying this trick you don't have to hit the nose to hard to get the board
all the way around. You can just simply pivot and push your board around. And a Nollie shove-it
will definitely help. Since that?s a root part of the trick. So the other part of the
trick is having good Nollie Flips. Now Nollie Flips are basically just difficult to learn
at first because it is a Nollie and a flip and it is a little hard to set rolling forward.
But once you master Nollie Flip this is one of the base tricks of the Nollie Varial Flip.
So the better you get at these two tricks the better you'll have Nollie Varial Flips.
