Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm
going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Your ingredients today; I've got
about a pound of mushrooms. Nice size cap. You don't really want the big ones. They don't
cook as nice as the medium sized ones. They just don't cook through. You want them to
be brown on the outside, but still have that juicy mushroom taste on the inside when you're
biting into them. I'm going to make a simple filling today from the stems. I'm going to
take all the stems off, put the caps in there, chop up the stems fine, add some garlic, add
some onion, some parmesan cheese, some bread crumbs. I'm going to cook it all up in a frying
pan. I'm going to put all the filling inside each cap. We're going to bake it in the oven
with some cheese on top. They're going to brown real nice, and when they come out it's
going to be heaven. Real simple ingredients. A pound of mushrooms, bread crumbs, butter,
parmesan, onion, a garlic clove, salt, pepper, and little olive oil. When I come back, I'll
tell you the hardware. Real simple hardware.
