Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm
going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. We're back and we have our stems
of our mushrooms chopped real fine. I'm going to take a fresh garlic here. I've got 1, 2
cloves. Maybe we'll go with 3 cloves of garlic. Real simple to get it out of its shell. Just
got to take your knife, put the tip here, take the heavy end of the knife. Give it a
little slamming like that and you'll see it comes right out of its shell simply by doing
so. That's that. This one has a nice stem on it right here. That's a nice piece of garlic.
Take that stem off and there you go. Gracie! Gracie gets a little crazy when we start making
mushrooms. She's hungry and she can't wait. She's like the heck with the videos, just
make the mushrooms already. Excuse my French. Anyway, so you take off that little lip there
or that stem. I'm going to do the last one. That's how easy the garlic comes out. We're
going to chop it real fine too, real small pieces. When I come back we'll get that chopped,
and we'll show you how it's done here on Expert Village.
