So, what will you be making today? Veg Jayapuri
Ingredients required to make Veg Jayapuri
Cauliflower, Capsicum, Carrots, Garlic, Green Chillies, Onions, Sugar, Fennel Seeds, Cottage Cheese, Fenugreek Seeds, Tomatoes, Fresh Cream, Garam Masala, Salt, Chilli Powder, Oil
Take a pan and heat 2-3 tbsp of oil
Fry a cup of chopped cauliflower
Keep the fried cauliflower aside and fry a 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
Fry all the vegetables separately
Keep the fried carrots aside
Fry 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum
Fry the capsicum lightly and take them aside
Add some finely chopped garlic and green chillies
Fry some chopped onions
Add 1/2 tsp of sugar
Add 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds and then add a cup of chopped tomatoes
Close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins
Add some cashews
Grind some coriander seeds, cumin, dry red chillies, cloves, cinnamon and mace into a fine powder
Add this powder to a cup of water and make a paste
Add some red chilli powder, salt for taste and some fennel seeds into the pan
Add a little fresh cream and then start adding all the fried vegetables
Add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese cubes
Add the prepared paste and a little water
Cook for 2 mins
Add 1 tsp of fresh cream
Close the lid and cook for 2 mins
Take the dish into a serving plate
