Before you do any housecleaning, you may want to do this exercise I'm about
to show you so you ladies out there can firm up your ***, and so you
guys out there can build a bigger chest. Now what you're going to do is -
all you're going to need for this exercise, you're going to need a real
dusty floor or a real slick floor. You're going to need a couple of dust
rags.
All right, you need you a pillow. Rest your knees on the pillow. You're
going to get into a semi push-up position. Get your dust rags on your
hands. Get your knees on the pillow. This is all you're going to do. You're
going to slide out real slow. Real slow, on this slick, dusty floor, slide
out real slow. Then stop. Then sit back up. As soon as you're sitting back
up, then slide out real slow. Slide real slow, real slow, the slower the
better, the more you work your chest. Then you're going to sit back up. All
right?
Now, when you slide, you may want take about five seconds to start over,
but like I said, the longer the better. Start with five seconds, work up to
ten. Come out real slow. One - five seconds - two, three, four, five, then
sit back up, okay?
Now, once you can do that real easy, sliding out, try to take it to the
next level. Try to slide back up, okay? So, this is what you're going to
do, get back into position. Again, it's still the same thing. Slide out
slow, taking five seconds. One, two, three, four, five, then you're going
to slide it back in, just like that. All right, come out real slow. One,
two, three, four, and five, then slide back up. Okay.
If you do that, that will help work your chest. Ladies, it's going to firm
up your ***. Guys, it's going to help give you a big chest. That's all
you've got to do. Just don't clean up your house floor first.
