My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to
make whole wheat bread. The things we are going to need to make our loaves of bread
is I have two different loaf pans. We have a small regular little 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 loaf
pan, I also got one more like a baking sheet I'm going to put the larger loaf in here.
I also got a table top mixer here, I'm going to use two different attachments, I'm going
to use the whisk attachment at the start, then I'm going to use the dough hook a little
later on. So I got both of those pieces out right now, you're also going to use probably
2-3 towels, a nice big wooden cutting board. The reason I say wooden is because the wood
would actually pull the moisture out of the dough. If you use a plastic cutting board
or if you use a melanning cutting board the moisture stays on top and it doesn't soak
in. So a wooden cutting board is a preferable for working with bread. You're also going
to use a rack to cool the bread off at the end. Probably most importantly you're going
to need an oven that goes up to 400 degrees. Knowing that, let us go ahead and get started
here and actually you'll need a knife at one point as well, just to cut the dough into
two different halves. So knowing that let's get started and make some wheat bread.
