Hi there folks we're back molding chocolate with Lady J. Ok I want to talk to you guys
really quick about checking the chocolate, let's go over and check it ok. I can see in
there in my microwave that the wafers are still intact. I'll show you what that looks
like here. In about two minutes have passed and it looks like, it looks like from here
that it really has done nothing. But if you look at the bottom here, you can see that
after about two minutes on thirty percent power that it's still has some melting to
do and we'll come back to that, but it's really important that while you are beginning to
and learning how to do this and how to mold chocolate that you, you don't under, over
cook and just waste more time trying to squeeze it out and it's not ready and so on. So lets
put it back in, and actually what I'm going to do is I'm going to press start and I'm
going to press another minute because I know it's going to need it, and we'll check it
again in another two minutes and so we will be back.
