The depth we are advantages to joining a gym
to do Crossfit first is doing it in your own
home. And the first reason would be a safety
reason. When you do a Crossfit extra workout
the exercises will become so intense and
you're pushing yourself so hard that your
form starts to suffer and we all know that
when you have bad form in technique then
injury can happen. So when you're in the gym
with the certified trainer watching you
constantly giving you instant feedback about
your form they keep you on a safe track.
Another reason is the motivation factor. When
you're at home, you can motivate yourself but
when you're on the gym among other people and
you know of person next to you is working
harder than you or wants to work harder than
you it definitely makes you put on your best
game and motivate you. And then another
reason would be I forgot. Uhm the third
reason would be the commodore aspect of group
exercise and Crossfit members they know how
grueling the workouts can be. You're always
encouraging each other to do your best and
uhm having other people that are experiencing
the same ah grueling aspect of it makes you
just become one part of a big team working
for the goal.
