i-A.C.Systems is proud to present the Masteraria LIGHT.
This new entry completes the range of AHU electrical panels with a product aiming to
be even more cost effective and yet granting the flexibility needed to suite the hundreds
of different configurations and control strategies required by the consultants.
The Masteraria Light can manage up to 2 fans up to 5,5 Kw on the first model and 15Kw fans
on the second model. Each fan via its Inverter. It manages Heat Recovery, Free-cooling modules,
Heating and Cooling coils (either water or Gas burners, thyristors, DX units - variable
capacity or staged ... and also manages the complexity of the Evaporative cooling)
It can control Heating and cooling pumps, controls Humidification and Dehumidification,
has a Built in scheduller, Alarm mangement, logs and history,
It integrated beautifully with many BMS systems via Trend, Bacnet, Lon Echelon, MODBUS, SNMP.
The configuration of the Materaria Light is the same of the STANDARD Version, with the
same 5,5 Kw and 15 Kw models. With an auxiliary 230V 1ph contactor for internal lighting,
Heat wheel control boxes or power sockets needed.
The dimension of the box is more compact... and
...as probably since 99% of the motors are now inverter driven or EC motors we've removed
the contactors no longer needed to make it more competitive. To drive the fans you can
use the Volt Free Contacts available on the Controller.
The controller used is the PCO3Small with 25 Inputs and Outputs available.
The remote display splitter, is now optional.
Also we have taken out the external power supply connection to remote condensers, humidifier,
chillers and so on...
Overall, the Masteraria light is about 25% less than the standard version offering still
great versatility.
The internal layout is fairly clean, with the controller, transformer...
The terminal block with a pre-fitted trail for the cable passage,
The fans Overloads The single phase contactor
And the main Isolator
The integration with other ADD-on boxes for thyristor controlled heaters, is beautifully created
by linking the enable signal, the heating demand signal, the heater alarm trip. These
boxes cover heaters from 16 Kw to 72Kw ... for now
