Hi Boys and girls!!!! welcome to the NaturalFitnessTV's Kitchen
today I'm gonna share with you a low calorie recipe
that can be used as a snack, breakfast, whatever you like
it's an oatmeal cake!!! so the tools you need are:
a bowl and a microwave oven!!!
as simple as that!
and the ingredients are very simple too!
1 banana,1/4cup of oatmeal, 2 eggs and 1/4cup of almond milk
you can use any kind of milk you want, cow milk, buffalo milk, human milk, mouse milk, etc
so let's begin!! the first step is to peel your banana!
cut it into little pieces..
and smash it!!!
now that our banana is al mashed up
we add the oats, we are going to add 1/4 cup of oats
if you can get these measuring cups!! that'd be excellent!
you will find it in any grocery store!
we add the oats
a bit of cinnamon
after mixing that up, we now add the toppings
in this case I am using apricots!
but you can use any kind of dried fruit, like raisins, plums, whatever!
we chop this into pieces...
next we add a 1/4 of cup of milk
this to give the mixture some consistency, so you can use any liquid basically, other types milk or even water!
finally two eggs!
mix all the ingredients very well!!
now we cook this in the microwave for 4 o 5 min depending on the power of you oven...
be careful the bowl is very HOT! so use some kind of protection !
there you have it my friends!!! we are looking at 350kcal in this recipe
macronutrients are: 50g carbs, 11g fat, 16g protein
as you can see is a low calorie recipe that you can eat as a snack, breakfast, lunch,, as you want really
