policy to ensure you have all the information you need to purchase from OneCall with confidence.
We strive to make our customers have a great buying experience, even if you change your
mind. Having to make a return is generally not a pleasant experience but we aim to make
it easy and trouble free. At OneCall we offer an easy return policy which gives you a 30
day return window, customer service staff to assist you seven days a week and we will
either issue a refund or exchange. At OneCall returns are accepted for most situations,
if the item is not working give us a call and we’ll get your new gear going. Over
99% of our shipments arrive in perfect shape, though once in awhile there can be shipping
damage, so if you receive your item and it’s not working properly, or there is shipping
damage, give us a call and we’ll expedite the exchange process. We’re pros and we’re
happy to assist. If you receive your item and you don’t like it we’ll even take
that back, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here are a few tips to make the
returns process easier for you; make sure you keep all the packaging and the enclosed
return slip for 30 days just in case you need it, call for a return authorization or RA
number and let our friendly OneCall customer service team assist you. Whether you purchased
