So now what I want to talk about is a little strategy for corner kick. Now, one strategy
is called--or I'll refer to it as the near post run, where I kick it in to the near post,
which is the closest post to me, and my teammate runs into the near post and has a one touch
into the goal. Now, for me, it's my job to lead him into his stride, where he's running
into the ball and it's coming perfectly in front of him, and it's low, so he can just
put an easy touch with his foot in the back of the net. It's going to look something like
this. See, his run is shaking off a defender, and as soon as I see that he's got a little
ahead--he's got ahead of his defender--I can put it right in front of him and he can just
touch it into the goal.
