Hello and welcome to Todd's kitchen. I have tried many shake recipes that are not only healthy for you
but also make you feel fuller for longer and this is definitely one of my favourites so join me
today as i make my version of a breakfast shake.
So this recipe will make two breakfast shakes
So into a blender pour in two cuts of pineapple juice
Then two hundred grams of greek yogurt
Of course you can use any low fat yogurt that you like.
Next two chopped up bananas
and here in Australia we call them Weet-Bix
But basically they are two biscuits that are made of wheat
So we are going to pulse it a couple of times to break it up
Then out it on low for about thirty seconds
And there we have it and it only took about two minutes to make
and it is a very simple and healthy start to the day
but lets give it a try
oh man that is so good
that is very very refreshing
by using the greek yogurt
the Weet-Bix banana and pineapple juice it really really is a fantastic
combination
It just works so well together and it is very healthy to. But the
main thing about this breakfast shake is it tastes simply delicious.
So if you're in a rush and want to something you can put together on the
way to work
give this a go because i know you will love it. And the best thing is it is easy and
healthy
