So my next move that I have is called mermaid. The best way that I like to teach the mermaid
is to pretend that your legs are glued together. You can pretend that you are a snake and are
one piece. I like to get behind the pole and take your hip and push it to one side of the
pole and the other side of the pole as you go down the pole. Like so. There is one side
there is the other side, there is this side, there is this side. Just keep popping your
hip back and forth behind that pole. As you get better with this, you can twist and turn
and move your toes a little bit while you do it. Like so. Which makes your move a little
bit more like a snake, mermaid. Make sure when you do this kind of keep your upper body
a little bit straight and really just move your hips back and forth. Stay on your toes,
always keep those toes pointed whether your are in heels or barefoot.
