hello, this is day two of my sprained ankle...i can't get the film from day one onto the computer
to youtube....so i thought i would refilm...whats happening is that i tripped and fell over
a crack. i fell on my knee and i sprained this ankle so i got a lot of great tips today.
one was using essential oils, lavender mint spearmint, all that stuff to just get the
skin to let go of the toxins. i have been rubbing on it all day long with
trameel, which is what i am going to do today, after i do an application of my moms magic
potion. this is my moms magic potion, she got herbs in it that made from liquor spirits.
i am going to rub it in and i am going to put a layer of amega global zero point energy
oils. zero point energy oil. camphor to open up the pores to release all this inflammation.
the tear created a need for the body to insulate itself. also circulation stopped and the whole
thing swelled up. this rubbing it to get the blood to come to
the surface. i have to get a comfortable position to get to film and rub at the same time.
i fell and went down...i felt myself tearing. then i realized that i grounded the knee into
the Panamanian dirt. i am living in Panama City, which is not as bad as if i was in the
rural area...there are thousands of people walking on that sidewalk. i walked myself
to the bathroom and i ended up working on the knee with a toothbrush that was in my
pack. was able to put a bandage on it. i carry a toothbrush and a bandage. i carried trameel
and arnica in my pack as well. so i was able to start working on myself.
so that was an application of the oil. and now i am going to open up this smelly medicated
spirit that bring blood to the area...i have a bag of ice underneath here. i have a couple
of zero point wands and ice bags wrapped around my foot as i sleep.
for now i am creating a hot stimulating blood circulating massage on my ankle just to get
it the blood moving. my mom, i call her tonight to say that i fell, said to me why do you
do that why do you always fall down. mom, i know i said to her, it really, par for the
course. she said, i walked all the way from old house to the new house and it took an
hour and i did not fall down.
my mom and i having conversation...she said, what you have to do is, bear weight on it,
move it.to get it looser...that is my mom. that is the information i wanted. a lot of
people would say stay immobile. not bear weight but i said, from all my experience, i bear
weight as fast as i can. even on my broken foot, i was bearing weight on it easily ...osteoblast
and osteoclasp...the body is always building and disintegrating...that is really what life
force is all about. understaning the inspiration and the expiration of the body.
so thanks for all your concerns and remember keep sending me some healing thoughts. i am
sure that everybody thoughts about my wound has helped me immensely, i love that idea
of being healings as a thought form. so i have been wearing my infrared bracelet
all day and i put on the switch on patch jimmied on ...i did the same thing with my cast last
year. because the zero point field is embedded into the wrapper. as you can see my picture,
my shoes are wrapped in panama, i have the wrappers wrapped into my shoes because the
floors here in panama are hard tile, the tiles are excruciating for my feet. it feels so
much better when i have zero point field in places i know that overworked...makes my body
livelier.
i have the arnica montana, and the lavender that one of my friends told me about. i also
have mint...having to heal myself again. have a great day wherever you are...guess
what, i love the fact that i can feed myself and cook well and i can heal myself. well
