Hi I'm Yvette Parish thanks for joining me at Expert Village. Today I'm going to show
you how to apply the foundation, the different textures and the styles to do so. We are going
to talk a little bit about the different texture of foundation from cream, to liquid, a full
coverage, and a sheer coverage. So here is kind of a era of a example of different foundation
that we could use and we are going to be using today. There is a powder foundation they you
could use wet or dry and this gives a kind of a light coverage. I wouldn't say a full
coverage but, it is fast, its easy, you know she is a college student she want to throw
this in her purse. The powder foundation is great you could use it with a brush and apply
it. You could use it with a sponge that it comes with and you could apply it with a sponge
but, once again it is not a whole lot of coverage. It is a quick on the go, oil free, it is great.
But, if you are going to get your pictures taken and you want a full foundation I would
recommend a cream base. MAC has a really awesome cream base, Stella, even Max Factor you could
get at a department store or a drug store you could get a foundation with a cream base
and that is going to give the most coverage. If you do a liquid coverage which is what
most women use is the liquid I would say it gives to a medium coverage. So really kind
of think when you are doing the make up do you want to really change the skin looks,
do want to give it a completely flawless look, do you want a natural look, is it something
that is going to last all day under the lights, you kind of have to evaluate what you need
the makeup for.
