in Miami, Florida, and today we’re going to be talking about detoxing the body. Let’s
talk about exercising. It’s important that we do that because it helps with all the functions
of the body. However, another way of detoxing the body is by exercising, which causes us
to sweat which extracts impurities, debris, toxins from our bodies to our pores. Once
again it’s important that we drink a lot of water while we’re exercising or before,
depending on what level of exercising that you are doing. And this would also help to
clean our pores, it’s important that we do some type of exercising every day, or even
three times a week, to help cleanse our pores.
