Hi my name is Jane Murphy I'm here at Zen Clay Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia and
I'm going to be showing you a heart healthy bread recipe on behalf of Expert Village.
Next step we're going to take salt and add one teaspoon of salt to the bowl as well I'm
just going to give it a little stir. Alright now I'm going to start adding the flours or
most of the flour we'll start with 1 1/3 cup of the kamut flour. You want to be sure when
measuring your flour that you put it loosely in the cup rather especially if your using
a bread machine, rather than scooping it in with whole cup so you don't get that extra
tablespoon that you get when doing that. 1 1/3 and in my next step I'm going to add the
wheat flour, stir it just a little bit, again in the put it into cup rather than scooping
with the larger cup, 1 1/3 cups.
