Welcome to HaYamin HaAmiti, my name is Chaim Ben Pesach.
There is no democracy in the state of Israel.
It's not that I stand for democracy. I want a true Jewish state.
But all the time, the extreme leftist mixed multitude
that has controlled the state of Israel since the establishment of the state
claims that there is democracy in Israel, that there is rule of law.
And all that is a complete lie. I can prove that it's a lie.
The Knesset is the body elected by the people. Correct?
The people elect the Knesset.
If the Knesset legislates a law, if they pass a law in the Knesset,
it doesn't matter what the Knesset says.
The Supreme Court can reject the laws of the Knesset
according to the anti-democratic dictatorial system that exists currently in Israel.
And it has happened a few times already that the Supreme Court rejected laws
that the Knesset, which is the elected body of the people, had passed!
That means that extreme leftist judges--because that's what there is in the Supreme Court,
only extreme leftist judges, judges from the extreme leftist Bolshevik elite,
judges that were not elected by the people,
judges that don't represent the people, but a small minority of the people--
they are like a branch of Meretz.
These judges permit themselves to reject laws that the elected Knesset of Israel passes!
So if the Supreme Court--it is the decider regarding the laws.
If the SUPREME COURT decides what will be,
if the Knesset cannot legislate laws unless the Supreme Court approves--
if this is the situation, there is no democracy at all in Israel! There is a judicial dictatorship--
an extreme leftist judicial dictatorship!
Because the judges--not only are they not elected in the Supreme Court--
they choose the NEW judges!
The extreme left controls the Supreme Court 100%,
and THEY also control the replacement process!
When there is a need to replace judges, they do that through the judges that currently sit on the Supreme Court.
And THEY determine who will be the new judges.
What a joke--such a joke!
And this pathetic joke is no better than what there is in Third World banana republics.
So what do we from HaYamin HaAmiti movement propose?
First of all, there was a Justice Minister with a LITTLE courage of heart--
Daniel Friedmann, in the previous government. And he proposed a few changes.
And IMMEDIATELY the extreme leftist Bolshevik media, together with the whole Bolshevik establishment,
were in PANIC. They were actually in a PANIC.
"How does he DARE to say that the Supreme Court are not the dictators
that can dictate to everyone in the state of Israel what to do?"
"How does he DARE to say a thing like that?"
"How does he DARE to try to limit the power of the Supreme Court?"
Because now they have power with no limit.
The Supreme Court is the only body in Israel that has power without limit.
That is a dictatorship.
And they are destroying the state of Israel, and they are endangering the lives of millions of Jews.
They are endangering the people of Israel.
They are CERTAINLY endangering the Land of Israel.
We must replace them completely.
So what do we from HaYamin HaAmiti movement, the Kahanist movement, propose?
We propose that there be two high courts,
that there be something like the Supreme Court for so-called "secular" matters--
that it will continue like that with a high court,
and that there be a second court for religious matters, for matters that belong to the Jewish tradition,
and to the Jewish character of the state and of the people.
And that court will be called the Sanhedrin.
So we want a Sanhedrin for religious matters. Who will sit on the Sanhedrin? Torah greats.
The genius wise great rabbis of the generation--they must sit on the Sanhedrin--
71 great ones of the generation, Torah greats.
And on matters like kashrut, like Torah--on matters like these, they will be the deciders.
On other matters, now, we will continue with the Supreme Court until the people decide otherwise.
BUT we need to replace the extreme leftist Supreme Court judges from the mixed multitude IMMEDIATELY.
And how do we decide who will be the new judges? Very simple--there would be elections.
Yes. Like in the United States.
I am American, like you hear from my accent.
In the United States there are elections for judges. In many cases there are elections for judges.
So the people would choose the judges.
Judges would run. People who think that they are capable of doing it--they would run.
And there would be elections.
That way at least the PEOPLE would decide.
And so there would be elected judges in the Supreme Court.
And also there would be a Sanhedrin with Torah greats for spiritual Jewish matters that belong to Judaism.
If you understand that we don't have a chance or half of a chance to survive in the Middle East
if we continue with these Meretz people in the Supreme Court,
with these Peace Now people with their self-hatred--
if you understand that it's forbidden that this be continued,
that we MUST replace them, we must change this system,
please join us, HaYamin HaAmiti movement.
See you on our forum.
