The Flying Green Turtles present
Bubbly, the Weepy Mountain (Voyage to the Blue Waterfalls)
Imagined by: doblea and doblece
In the farthest place of the Earth,
way beyond the impossible dreams,
there is an old mountain,
all rumpled and covered
with colored bubbles. That's why she's called:
Bubbly The Mountain.
Two green turtles, Big Tortoise and Little Turtley,
are there to guard the Teary Waterfall
which hides in that beautiful place.
It is said -yeah, right- that under her left eye
there is a very beautiful waterfall,
which has been feeding upon the tears
that Bubbly sheds
every time a portion of her green skin burns away,
leaving more and more bubbles
all over her body of stone.
- Hello Little Turtley, will you let us in?
We want to see the waterfall.
People say that its blue is infinite
and that magical things happen
between its crystalline waters.
Under Big Tortoise's
somewhat untrusting look
(she is Little Turtley's mother)
he allows us to go inside the Blue Cavern
which keeps a magical and marvelous secret.
Meanwhile, Big Tortoise slowly drifts away
to make sure there is nobody else
wandering about in the woods.
When Big Tortoise was far away,
Little Turtley hushed: Get in fast,
and don't make any noise or touch anything.
We were in such a wonder to see
the blue waters sliding around the stones
that we unwillingly stumbled
upon the edge of one of them ...
... (crash!)
and suddenly ...
... very weird things started to happen (... really weird ...).
When everything went back to normal,
we got out and apologized
as we were ashamed for such a messy stumbling
upon the stone of the Teary Waterfall.
Little Turtley was outside.
Big Tortoise ran, alarmed and very scared,
and they both asked in unison:
What happened in there????
Then, both were startled to see
that the bubbly skin, wounded by the fire,
started to turn into green bubbles
that emerged out of all her pores.
Ooohhh what a wonder! (ooohhh, what a wonder ...)
The Bubbly Mountain's skin
started to show its original green colour,
which little by little was spreading over her
like a soft loving blanket.
We sailed away, happy
because Bubbly wasn't crying anymore
she was glowing and very beautiful
the magic of the teary waterfall
had finally restored her health!
... snip, snap, snout ... this tale's told out!
THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
