Maintaining full control of your Office 365 mailboxes is an important and useful feature
that 365 Command can assist you with. So, if an employee leaves and you want his mailbox
forwarded to another mailbox to ensure messages aren’t missed, 365 Command can make that
task simple. Let’s demonstrate.
First, choose an action. You can either add or remove a forwarder to your mailbox. Next,
if you want to still have these messages delivered to the mailbox the messages will be forwarded
from, check deliver to mailbox and forward. If this is unchecked it will not be sent to
the mailbox it was originally sent to. It will only be sent to the forwarding address.
Now, let’s select the mailbox that messages will be forwarded from. After you have chosen
the mailbox, choose the mailbox or mailboxes the messages will be delivered to.
Once this is complete simply click set forwarder. After the forwarder has been set you will
see a success notification on your screen indicating that the action has been completed.
