Hello. Today I get to introduce to you our new Tag
Topper Punches.I am so excited about these punches because it makes
making a tag snap and you don't have to run to the store or dig out all of your
supplies to make
a simple tag. You can also make them
and lots of different sizes. Here are a couple of sizes that I made beforehand
of a couple different lengths. They are really easy to make, so let me show you
how I did that.
First thing I'm going to get my Stampin' Trimmer
and a piece of Whisper White Cardstock. Just the eight
and a half by eleven size. Now the important part to this
is you need to make sure that the width of the
strip that you cut is two inches wide.
For it to fit inside the punch that is a two inch width.
If it is any larger it won't fit and if it's any smaller
it will wiggle and it won't look right, it won't be even on the sides.
So just make sure that your strip is two inches wide.
so we are going to cut that with the Stampin' Trimmer
and now that I have my two inch strip,
I am going to use this Scallop Tag Punch.
I am going to unlock it on the back. Put that piece of paper in there,
and you want to make sure that you push it all the way in.
If you need to you can turn it over and see it in the back that that piece of
paper is pushed all the way in, and then you just
punch it like all of our other punches. There you go. You have that beautiful
scalloped tag edge that you can create
so many fun projects with. Let me show you a couple of things that I have done
with this punch. First off
here is a beautiful bookmark
that you can make with just a little bit of stamping and
some extra embellishments. Beautiful.
My favorite, that is super simple
is you can make a belly band. You just simply punch
both sides of the strip. As you can see this is one long strip.
I used a ribbon in the center and tied it up.
That is all there is to it.
So make sure you contact your local demonstrator or visit the Stampin' Up!
website
so you can order your own Tag Topper Punches.
