Rustic tart with apple
Ingredients: Dough: 1 1/2 cups of flour - about 180g 2 tablespoons sugar pinch of salt 120g butter, diced
Filling: 3 large apples - peeled and cut into slices 2 teaspoons of honey or 3 teaspoons of sugar 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons melted butter
Knead the dough
Cool the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Peel the apples and cut them into slices
In the meantime melt 2 spoons of butter
Put apples on rolled-out pastry , keeping 3-5 cm distance from the edge.
Pour 2 teaspoons of honey or sprinkle with 3 teaspoons of sugar
Pour the melted butter and add a pinch of cinnamon
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes
