Hi, I’m Dr. Paul Knoepflmacher, and I see patients in my office every day. Here are
5 things I recommend to help them improve their health.
Number one, stop smoking. I know it’s hard to do. But even cutting back can have a big
impact on your health.
Number two, exercise. Aim for 30 minutes a day. You don’t have to hit the gym, walk
to your appointments. Take the stairs, walk the dog. These are the kinds of things you
can incorporate into your life.
Eat a balanced diet. Make sure you get plenty of colors in your foods. Fruits, vegetables
and lean protein.
Safe Sex. Sexually transmitted diseases are very common, and very preventable. So, protect
yourself and your partners.
Seatbelt use. I know it sounds obvious, but make that click. Nobody knows when an accident
is going to happen, and doing so may save your life.
Making these small changes can have a huge impact on your health. You have nothing to
