Orders in the ACES Product Catalog
The ACES Product Catalog or APC, contains many products not available as a service within ESD.
These include software, hardware, and IT accessories.
To access the catalog, begin by visiting the ESD Tier-0 Web site and selecting Order Services, then choose the “Other ACES Services” category.
Select “Request Now” beside the APC – Miscellaneous Service.
A request will open. Select the ACES Product Catalog link.
You can search the catalog by category, or simply enter you search term.
You can find the item you want to purchase by selecting the checkbox beside the item and then choosing the cart.
The catalog will ask for specific information.
Complete the required fields. Be sure to select the item.
From here, you can continue shopping, update your cart, delete the item from your cart, or checkout.
When you checkout, you will be asked to provide more information so that the product can be delivered.
Confirm your information and select “Save and Submit.” APC orders can usually be paid for with a Purchase Card.
Select that option if that is your preference.
You will not be able to submit the order until you indicate what item you purchased in the catalog.
Select submit once all of the required fields have been populated.
Just like other orders within ESD, APC orders can be tracked and managed.
