So, it's important to warm-up before doing bridge pose, especially for the safety of
our back. So, we start by just resting the palms of the hands on the earth, and then
feet are hip length apart, or a pelvic length apart. And we gently draw the spine down,
as we inhale the pelvis up, and exhale, roll the spine down slowly, drawing the pelvis
and the tailbone back to the earth. Inhale, leading with the pelvis, inhaling up, and
keep those hands firmly planted. Exhale; roll it down, tailbone into the earth. So, we're
warming up the pelvis for bridge. One more; inhaling it up, and try not to let the knees
sway out, so keeping the knees right underneath the hips.
