What are you making? Quick Vaja
Ingredients required to make Quick Vaja
Crispy Noodles, Jaggery, Oil
Take a pan and heat it
Pour enough oil for deep frying
Boil some crispy noodles and strain out the water
Just take one cup of noodles and boil it in 2 cups of water. Once the noodles are cooked, strain the hot water
Once the cooked noodles are removed, spray some cold water over them
Add the cooked noodles into the oil
Fry the noodles for about 3-5 mins
Meanwhile, take another pan and heat it
Grate the jaggery and add a little water to get candy like texture (this is to allow the jaggery to melt easily)
Add about 2 tbsp of the jaggery into the hot pan
Add very little water to get a thick syrup
Once the noodles are fried to a crisp golden brown take them aside
Add the fried noodles into the jaggery syrup
Stir properly to soak the noodles in the syrup
Take the sweet crispy noodles into a serving bowl
