Ernie: Are we going from...cause the Big *** happened.
(Right) So that was just,
was that like an explosion of energy? So does that mean that
we're gonna go into like a cold state eventually and settle into a cold state and like....(Just be.) Yeah, like what if
what if us transforming into those balls
of consciousness is when the earth runs out of energy or something?
(Right) The Universe runs out of energy. What if-
What if THAT's what happens when we reach the end
we're like "We made it. Time to be
cold." (Yeah time to just stand
still...) What if it turns to darkness? (for beyond infinity.) It turns into darkness
because there's no more energy. Marco: And we have no perception of time.
I heard this one thing, I forgot who said it but it's like ummm...I think he said like, when
you're moving, you're
you're nearing or like, you're breaking the fabric of time . Like, every time you move. Because
you're like...They say when you break the speed of light
like, you're time traveling at that point you know?
(Yeah) It's like every time we move, we're moving some amount of time around.
So it's like...you get what I'm saying? Yeah, like It's weird man. Yeah
What if- kinetic energy that ***'s, cause potential energy that's
(Yeah it's just energy chillen.)
Like, waiting for something to happen and then "pffff" it's gonna blow up
Energy is the Universe? Or, everything is energy? Or everything is consciousness?
Like, if if we were just energy but we weren't aware of ourselves like,
would we just be energy or? I-I think we We
WE we are - everything is consciousness
because we can say that everything is consciousness.
(Right) We can like fathom that, but
if we didn't, like everything would just be...IT'S WEIRD cause
we're observers man!
(I know!) We're just like, observers
The Double
Slit Experiment makes you think
like, "What's going on in my life?" you know? Like, are there like
other forces - When I'm being observed, is like my whole reality changing?
I don't even have to notice I'm being observed, but like the atoms in me probably do know I'm being observed. You know, cause like
my whole reality changes cause I'm walking down the street and somebody glanced past me.
Did that just *snap* change my entire reality?
Their observation just...that's weird. Wh-what
if there is a god and he's observing us? (Right) And what if there is a Hell?
Like Joe Rogan said that like, "Wouldn't you be so mad if th- if you
died and you went to hell?" You'd be like "Those ***! They were, they were ***...
.They told me! They told me! I didn't believe them."
That's such a funny thing man, it's-it's weird. I was thinking about that today cause
umm, I was on Instagram, and there's this girl who's a
hardcore atheist and ***, and then like she...
she had this like cross made of words, and all the words were lies.
So it's like "Lies Lies Lies" and then they made like a cross, and I was like oh that's...
creative I guess you know, like just bash on religion and ***,
just promote your atheism. Like that's-that's cool you know. But then I was just thinking like-
like y'know what if you could just ask the atheists this like
"What if"- and you can't say "What if it didn't" like
"What if you die and then everything they say in the Bible was true?"
You know, and the way that the soceity portrays it too. Just like this man in the sky,
you meet Jesus and there's fluffy clouds everywhere. (Everything is exactly-they got it exactly right.
What if that happened?) Like how though? And you-like, most atheists claim themselves to be a lot
smarter because they've
let go of this old archaic belief
of like a man in the sky. (They li- they like to think that they're
more like righteous too.) Right. Cause like they're
into science and everything, and that's great because science is like understanding
everything. ("Science is true whether you believe in it or not." - Neil deGrasse Tyson)
But it's just kinda like, I don't know if they were to got that wrong like
just imagine how they would feel like in hell. They coulda just went-
"I coulda *** believed. I coulda been up there. But I'm burning down here." Yeah. That's...Dude th-
the "what if"s are- of life are funny. (Yeah.) The what ifs.
Like um, I was listening to Dennis McKenna
and uh, they were talking about some weird- like they,
they just like came up with a theory of like existence just in the middle of that podcast, they were talking about some-
some like, not a creator but just some guy
who's like...wanted to like
plant through life all around the universe and just went "woo! woo!" It's weird! It's so funny to me.
(Just throwing seeds around and ***.) The what ifs of life. Like, he was like- they were, they were getting into it and like they were just
coming up with more what ifs and they were like "We should just stop. We're just talking like
stupid ***. (Talking out their *** and *** yeah.) That's funny though
What if life isn't that serious? Y'know what if it really is just..(Yeah! Like
some *** just walking around just "woo!") Yeah. Or like you said earlier like
what if we're just cat poop or even then like what if we're the oxygen atoms that the cat
poop just passed through? Like, you know? Like what are we you know? It doesn't even have to be that
serious like we could be like just this ***
and then that's our reality. You know?! (Guess we'll- we're gonna lead to
God's ***.)
But it's just like weird you know like people think of like- I don't know I think it's the human ego
thing again because we took over the earth with all these cities and
technology and that's cool and everything but I feel like we could take over space too now
and it's just like "No no no".
And then all of a sudden like people like- It's weird though cause like
space exploration and ***, it's kinda like we have a precedent for that which is like
sailing- discovering the world like before we didn't know wha-
what was the world but now we do and then like it's just- it's just like uh- it's just repeating itself.
And what if that just keeps happening, we keep going "Oh, the solar sys-
OH beyond the solar system, the universe- Oh, Oh the other universe- OH multiverses." Like, what if
we keep exploring and like (Right) maybe that's gonna happen. You know what I always think?
They probably answered this question a billion times, but I always come back to it. It's like,
so we have the sun right? So think about like how they used to think the earth was flat
and then every time they portray earth's orbit or like the orbits of the planets around the sun's,
they're all in the same level you know, more or less- (Yeah) they
kinda fluctuate so I'm like what's left up here on the North and South pole of our solar system you know?
Cause we have this asteroid belt running around in
Mars and Jupiter and ***, but it's like what if there's like a whole mess of
hit up there? And maybe this is where the aliens are coming
from. They're just like this ball up there like on the North pole
and South pole or whatever, and they're just like "Let's go *** with Earth again."
Y'know and they just come through (Yeah) Like, I don't know. They've probably answered that question and just probably "Well, y'know it's this force that just-
when you're spinning a child around there's no child above you.
Like y'know some *** like that. *** physics man.
Physics r- like, I kinda regret not taking it but
(Same here.) it's-its' weird. (Cause i was like-) They did some thing with like clocks one day about like the
the arc of it like how this thing is moving or wha- like th-
the hands are moving in, in dynamic to like the-
or in reference to like the circle like, just
this weird ***. And I was interested cause it was like the homie's homework and I was just like
"Shoulda taken it." *** it.
It's weird like, I don't know like, I took Chemistry like
that's why I think- like it formed my-
Cause I took it, I took Chemistry sophomore year and
junior year and that- wait did I take it soph- wait...What was
senior year? Did I take science? (Uhhhhh) First...
Hold on let me try n' remember uhhh...***, okay
what was my first period
class? I would go to CrossFit,
Food and Nutrition, um...
aw man.
Why can't I remem- OH I took anatomy that's what I took. (Ohh fasho science)
So okay but yeah cause-
okay cause towards the end of junior year, I was like-
I was getting into nutrition because I was watching like food-
Food Matters and *** and I was like "Man, I wanna go vegan, I wanna learn about the body, I wanna learn how
how nutrients affect the body so that's why I took Food and Nutrition and Anatomy
(Right) and I was like man I wanna be a nutritionist. But then like- I don't know, ***...It's weird
how like the things that come up in life just affect the [?] And um,
because I took Chemistry uhh two years
uhh- like, chemistry all chemistry talks about is just atoms.
Like y'know the elements and stuff and how they react with each other or whatever and
like basically it just- it goes down to like
atoms pretty much and just how we're just a bunch of atoms. And
so that's why taking those two classes, like my mentality was just like "We're just
a bunch of atoms. We're- we...Nothing happens after you die you
just decay. Nothing happens y'know." (Yeah). It's just a chemical process everything- all of life
is just a chemical process. And that's how I looked at it
for like, for a good while like sophomore n' junior year like
(Yeah?) That's how I like- I never like got into spirituality and I'm like "*** religion.
*** spirituality. There's no point to it." (Right) Like you know like, all science has proven-
That atheist mentality (Yeah) That Richard Dawkins mentality.
And then I met Ken and this ***'s just like- just ***- just bombarding this
like spiritual *** and I'm just like "Dude you're kinda crazy." (Yeah) That's weird. (Yeah)
But like it makes sense (Yeah!) like y'know cause spirituality isn't just like- like
"Follow our way." n' ***, it's just like here's some stuff to offer
like take what you want (To think about) This is what we believe to be reality,
and here's what ANOTHER person that's spiritualist thinks of like reality y'know. And
somebody uh I read this quote, but basically they just said like "Spirituality and religion are
not the same thing." (Yeah) Or they're- they don't coincide y'know
cause there's not religion in spirituality, and there's not spirituality in religion.
They define that- I think I was reading... I was reading like a history book or something. World History or U.S.
History. I don't know, it was a textbook from
school and like they- they- they talk about religion. And then religion is like a-
it's more of a community type thing. And then spirituality is the
more of the- (The self.) the self y'know it's like your own experiences and your own y'know
spirituality. So like spirituality is individual,
religion is more like community, like applicable to y'know like
community. Y'know how- social, social occurrences or whatever. (Right) And how
we interact. So that's what religion is but, I remember I read that and like that just stuck with me. Like
spirituality is your self like, I read- I'm pretty sure I read that before I like got into like spirituality and *** so I kept that in mind because
I was this like "*** religion." y'know. That's wh- that's why
I never- I never thought about relig- spirituality. So after reading that like it was
kinda just in the back of my head. So then when Ken started talkin- I was just like "Damn, like this ***'s just so insightful."
Like (Right) like, we would be in class talking about literature cause I had him for English,
and like he'd just like say insightful *** about just a simple story (
(Right) or like a poem like he would go into it and I'll be like "That's real ***." (Yeah haha.)
Yeah I don't know, I used to like- I used to think atheists were so
cool cause y'know it's just like- like you've let that old belief
go y'know like now you're just into science. Or you're-
y'know like you don't even have to be- well most of them are into science but like you're just into
like facts. (Dude that's yeah, that's wha- it's not really that fun.)
Right and it's like yeah "Where's your creativity? Where's your like what ifs?" (Imagination)
Y'know It's just "How is?". Alb- Albert Einstein, he like
talked about how imagination and creativity is more important than knowledge and (Yeah)
facts. I forgot what he said, but um he said if he could come back in this life
he wouldn't want to be a scientist again. (Yeah) He wanted to be like what was it, a baker? Or something like that.
like something just- something simple. (Yeah.)
Cause he was like- he was a simple dude. I- I saw- I saw this cool picture on Reddit. It was just a portrait- you know that portrait of him- You know
that picture he has where he's sticking his tongue out? (Yeah, oh yeah) It comes out on South Park n ***. (Yeah)
And like it was just a- it was this cool like painting somebody did of him and like
they split his face in half and it was a
right- right brain left brain. The right brain's the more creative one right? So, (Yeah) the- for the right brain like
they- they- they did it cool like, it just looked like a bunch of splashed water color or water mixed
with paint and it was dripping? (Yeah) And it was his face. And it was just all like- and it was the tongue.
Like h- he was sticking his tongue out and that was like the right side. And like in the m-
in half on the other side, completely black and white like it had like-
he was all like serious looking and then like had a bunch of like numbers and ***
scribbled all over and it's crazy cause he WAS that person. (Yeah) Like he had
both of those aspects. Yeah cause once you do master that
like, I mean, there you go! Like that's- you're- you're
a lot more human in that sense because a lot of the religious people like- that's
REALLY creative stuff in the Bible (Yeah) and y'know like this talking snake is talking to the first two people
in the world
and then this magical ***, Adam, the devil came up and (That's some Psilocybin type ***)
Yeah like, that's- that's really creative stuff y'know (Imaginitive ***)
like, not to say it's like not true or whatever. I don't y'know necessarily buy how they
it but it's like, (It could be metaphorical.) that's creative
Yeah. And then like there's umm atheists who are just like
really like "So how does this work y'know? Like don't tell me about god,
tell me about like the- (Left-brained) Yeah y'know like so,
cause like society's- and there's a lot more atheists now
in society too so it's like, our left brain and right brain is just kinda like
at war with each other right now when it should just be (It's just clashing) working together.
When you meet people that have just like- (They could just-) Yeah, you know these people that just have like both of them bo-
going together for them it's just like "You're cool." Y'know like-
It's so tight yeah dude the left brain and the right brain thing is so tight it's just like-
I think that's where enlightenment comes from too. It's like, you master those two and then you're- you're good with your
Pineal gland too, and then boom! Y'know there's-
there's enlightenment for you y'know. Like you just- you're just so insightful about
stuff because you have structure and creativity, you know? Yeah. Structure vs Chaos. (Yeah)
Creativity is tight like,
it's like, really- it is what defines us as humans,
like it's what separates us from the other animals in the kingdom. (Right)
Our creativity. Our imagination. Because like
everything else is just like- w-we couldn't build all this
without imagination and creativity. (Right) Like all this-
this whole edifice we've created; not possible without creativity. So
I think that's like, that's why like you see like in like all these like
pages I follow and *** you just see them like emphasize creativity and just.. Right.
And it's just crazy how like, think about something like we use everyday it's just
a car and like how crazy that *** is. (Yeah somebody had to like- )
We constructed a wheel like y'know, and just it's this perfect circle and ***
and it just takes us places. Y'know like,
we just sit on our *** and it takes us places like use that to our advantage.
I think it was like Duncan Trussell who, who was like saying how it's so cool like
how that happens, how it- first things have to like start up
as just an image in your head like some-
some concept that starts up in your head and eventually becam-
gets manifested into rea- reality. And it's
crazy how that happens cause like where the *** do these ideas come from? (Right)
Like, our dreams? Like that's our main source I'm pretty sure because-
but like, even then like what the ***? Is our dreams just like,
our antennas turn on and then (Yeah) we pick that up like "Oh, now I can make this car.
Oh now I've got *** iPhones and ***." It's crazy, like
I don't know when I start thinking about stuff like that I'm like (Cause they all start out as ideas man.)
I first start thinking about is like "What's going on in my head?
Y'know w-where am I seeing this stuff? Like y'know like w-where do you see your
thoughts? Like, y'know a lot of people say like in your head,
yes that's where they come from like where do you see the *** there? (Is there a like physical
realm where these like-) It's like you close your eyes and you're just
in some place and like or like it's just black and then you
hear *** y'know it's like creativity is
here, here, and here and it's just- Like here- like I don't think we'll ever be able-
we MIGHT be able to I don't know, but like I don't think- cause
we'll be able to like read that ourselves cause, I was listening to another Podcast and then they were talking about like-
How can you make like a brain make memories, y'know like
how can wha- wh- where do you like touch the memory to like
(Right) have the person think that y'know they're cooking bacon or something or they're like having sex or something, like what
parts of the brain like would you have to stimulate and how would you
stimulate 'em (Right) like what the *** is happening? How do you like access a memory and like,
have them remember exactly what they saw like even though like it might not even be there.
An- it's weird like how the brain works. I know and it's just like, we have the five senses in our
head y'know like, like
let alone we have 'em in our bodies and ***, but we have them in our head like we remember
like "That *** hurt." or "That *** looked
cool." like y'know it's just like why? Smells are like th- the m-
the things that you remember the most. Smells because like; I don't know why- it was like,
cause you see so many things and like (But you're smelling one thing that's what it is yeah)
Like smells are really like (Cause there's always some noise going around too y'know
so, like even if we don't hear it-) Smells are the things like that you-
cause music sometimes too like when you listen to something you her-
you listened to back in the day you're like, you're just like emotion- it
it touches you emotionally and you just go back to that place where you were,
emotionally. (Right.) That state you were in when you
listened to that and then like, it's like that with smells too like, I have those
cologne bottles up there (Yeah) from like middle school and
freshman year (Oh yeah?) and they STILL remind me of
middle school and freshman year. (Shhiiiiit) It's
crazy, crazy it reminds me of winter and *** it's
cool (Damn) it's so tight. I've-
I've held on to them cause I just like that feeling y'know?
(Yeah) Nostalgia. It clings to- That's *** tight.
I don't know. I don't like- it's weird to me how like people take pictures
all the *** time for every little instant and *** y'know? Like "Walking down the street, selfie."
Like y'know all this *** and I'm just like *sigh* like
when do you use your memory then, y'know? It's like your memory is being transferred onto your phone at that point
cause like you're not using it. Y'know like, if you could remember a smell and put it in your phone
somehow, people would.
(Yeah) Y'know they'd just like ** and just like smell this ***
all the time, but it's like that's why I don't like taking pictures you know? Cause like
if it's worth remembering, it's in there. You know?
Like that's why like- sure I'll take a pictures with people and everything but I'm never gonna pull out my phone
during like the middle of a concert (Yeah dude especially) cause like Imma enjoy this ***,
I'm not gonna remember me like "Oh yeah I was taking pictures and ***." Like, cause it's
in your phone, it's not in your head like it's a whole different experience when like it's in your head- Experience it-
cause if you-
if you're there and you're experiencing it directly without like
using that medium y'know (Right) it- it like
using that thing it kinda like takes away from like the emotional connection you get like it's just this
thing blocks you in the middle and you look back to it like
you think about the picture more than you think about the actual feeling. Right. Cause you weren't-
you weren't experiencing that, you were experiencing getting the shot of it all,
y'know what I mean? (Gotta make this look good) Right, it's like "I gotta make this
*** worth remembering." I've never- I've never felt a fascination with that, y'know? Yeah cause then,
then when you look back at it too like it's just so clear and ***
but y'know it's not the same feeling. Yeah it's just something
empty there y'know. It's like when it's in your head like- It kinda hollows
th- the significance of it out. Right. And it's kinda like
you're looking at another experience and that's just kinda like- But like
I think then again it like kinda works in reverse, like if it's like not even a special moment,
and you just take it like, it- it'll
