COSMETICS
Cosmetics are toxic.
And here again: "Unless you eat it..."
"If you wouldn't eat it don't put it on your skin".
What are the most dangerous cosmetics is what?
Underarm deodorant,
why?
The body uses perspiration as its last ability to get rid of toxins.
You perspire.
Good activity – fine. Summer warms a little bit maybe – fine.
You get busy, you do exercise, you perspire – great.
Then you say: "Well, but that doesn't go and I smell bad".
Why do you smell bad?
Perspiration does not smell unless you are toxic.
So you say: "Well, that's not sociable, it's not admissible.
I can't go out in the world like this. I gotta stop this".
So what are you really doing?
The body's last desperate attempt to get rid of toxins through perspiration.
What is a normal way of detoxifying?
Through the liver and the feces; through the kidneys and the urin;
through the breathing – your breathing out carbon dioxide and so on.
But when everything is blocked the liver is overloaded,
the kidneys are overloaded and
the body tries to get rid of things through perspiration.
You say: "Oh nobody, you can't do that to me, it's not sociable".
And you block it, you stop it.
So what are you doing?
You're pushing these toxins right back into the lymphatics, right back into the ***.
Then your surprise this breast cancer.
It's a contributing factor. I'm not saying it's the only thing.
In men it's a different story:
breast cancer in men is rapidly increasing.
It's now what percent of female and in men it is particularly aggressive.
But Madison Avenue sells you, "Oh my, you know, you can't, you go gotta have,
you're not properly groomed
unless you have on some antiperspirant or something".
Now you're going to a health food store
and they sell your some organic antiperspirant or some stick or something.
None of it is any good – none, not one.
Even if it's a mineral stick.
Why doesn't it work? It's because it blocks something and stop something.
You can't use oinments, creams, minerals or
anything under arm, except a little soap and water or maybe a little vinegar water.
And then you say: "Yes, but I smell".
What's my answer?
First of all eat right and secondly take a coffee enema and you won't smell.
You get rid of these toxins,
the proper way, the effective way.
Perspiration isn't very effective.
Because you also know that in many cases
when people are very ill
and the body is a very toxic, they night sweats.
What's night sweats?
At total rest the body is able to get rid of some of this junk.
Okay, and the body tries very hard
and then you'll get very upset about it.
But you don't understand and doctors don't understand
and they don't understand the detoxifying.
So you either suffer through it or your doctor gives you something to tried to stop it.
Don't stop it when your body is trying to help you, don't stop it.
Help it!
Okay, so don't stop perspiration under any circumstances.
