There are several ways that you can increase your lung capacity. One is by doing deep breathing
exercises, another is by doing cardio vascular work. Biking, walking on the treadmill, running
outside, elliptical steppers are great assets. The benefits of increasing your lung capacity
are stamina, also any time you can take oxygen in, you're going to feeding your muscles.
Which is going to increase your endurance, stamina, and also your fat burning effects.
This is a deep breathing exercise, you hold it, hold it to the top, then you're going
to release. I like to do five of these in a row, for about five to ten seconds each.
