Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. After we mix the butter with the egg whites we have
to, during mixing both, we have to remember to do it slowly so the egg whites would not
break. Cause as you saw there is not much flour in it and plus there is no baking powder
or baking soda which let's the cake rise. The only thing that is going to hold the cake
nice and fluffy is the egg whites so once if you break it is going to be like a pan
cake. So that is how it should look as you can see you can see the fluff, plus the nuts,
you can see some nuts inside and we are going to put a baking sheet on a pan that we are
going to use. Place the batter inside. I preheat the oven for 350 and it really depends on
your oven but it should take about 40 minutes to bake this take it might take longer or
shorter depending on the size of the pan that you use. And of your oven of course. So 350
and for about 40 minutes you can check after 30 minutes with a toothpick to see if it comes
out clean. That is a indication to know that the cake is ready. Here we go.
