The last option we'll cover is a very effective feature that can speed up the
process of reserving material.
First, make sure you're on the Reserve Request home page. If you've navigated away from
this page, selecting 'My Courses' from the top menu will bring you back to the home page.
From here you'll see a list of the courses you teach.
If you've ever placed material on reserve in the past for any of these courses, you
can easily renew or request for the same material for any course you teach.
Now, select the course from which you would like to renew materials.
A page will open showing you a list of the different materials you have had on
reserve in the past for that specific course.
Permission for some materials is granted at no cost or qualifies for Fair Use.
Other materials are licensed for a fee which is presently paid by the
University's Copyright Licensing Office.
Please consider any costs listed below when determining future use of materials
placed on Course Reserve or in the Learning Suite.
Select the boxes next to the materials you would like to renew.
Select the term and course for which you wish to make your reserve request.
You can leave us any notes about your requests using the 'Special Instructions' box.
Click, 'Submit Request.'
