>> Hello. My name is, Kathy Brooks,
and I work at Centralia College.
And I'm gonna show you how you can assess your disease risk
on the website your teacher has provided you.
I've already gone to the website, and on the left side,
I can see a number of choices.
I happen to be interested in osteoporosis,
so I'm going to choose that link.
And then when it begins, it's going to give me an overview
of what osteoporosis is and even more information
as I get near the bottom.
But to begin the questionnaire, I want to click
on the blue circle with the triangle inside of it.
I'm going to click and it's gonna start asking me questions.
I am a female.
I am 42 years old -- we'll pretend -- and next.
I'm going to walk through a series of questions and answers.
You can see it's gonna show me my progress.
I'm at height and weight, then reproductive,
medical, diet, da, da, da...
as I go on through this.
So, I'm gonna pick my height, and then I'll enter my weight,
and then I'll scroll down and click on the next button
and continue on through this whole series of questions.
When I finally get done,
I'm going to get the results for me personally.
I'm gonna scroll so you can actually see the results.
These are the results from my osteoporosis test --
let me scroll a little bit more -- and my risk is pretty bad.
I'm much higher above than I should be.
But for this particular class, of course,
you want to read your results and then you're gonna want
to take a screenshot of the information.
So, make sure you can see
on your screen what you want to see.
Make sure you don't have things too high
and then your teacher won't be able
to see what the test even is.
So make sure you can see the chart that you get and the kind
of test that you have taken.
This video screen is fairly small,
so we can't even see the top, but typically I would want
to see the fact that it is an osteoporosis result,
and then the entire graph, which it should show
on your screen just fine.
You take your screenshot by clicking on the
"print screen" button once, then go into Word, and paste.
And you'll have the first one done.
So, good luck on this.
