Hi. This is Rich Bowcoli from New York City and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going
to show you how to make lasagna. Utensils are so easy. Go out and get yourself one of
these deep dish foil pans, probably a 6 x 9 inch pan. You want it to be deep dish because
you're going to layer the lasagna. You're going to need a spatula and a bowl to mix
all your stuff in. Going to need some aluminum foil to bake it. Going to need a grater just
to grate mozzarella. If you go out and get the already grated mozzarella you don't even
need that. It's a little easier but of course a little bit more expensive. I like to grate
it. It gives me something to do. You're going to need 2 Dutch ovens, one for boiling our
water to get our lasagna ready and you need the other one for the sauce. Don't forget
Mr. Colander, because you need to drain out your pasta. We're going to use a lot of olive
oil. That's the trick. You don't want your pasta to stick. It sticks very easy. With
the olive oil it'll keep it nice. Once we get it out it starts to cool, you're going
to separate them so they don't stick. And that's about it for utensils. It's a simple
way to make this. These are things you should have in your kitchen cabinets. Simple things
we need to make this lasagna. We're going to make this lasagna so fast today and so
easy you can prep it in the morning, but it in your refrigerator, come back to it before
dinner, and throw it right in your oven and have dinner. It's that easy. Come back. We
are making lasagna here on Expert Village.
