This is my robot that I built for my project for robotics class
It uses the LEGO NXT robot
you can see here I have
a mechanism that I built which is
covered up. It has a color sensor inside of it
that can sense what color ball is rolling down it
and then it rotates the base you see here to be
at the position to drop the right color in.
So, I will demonstrate. We can do an orange one first.
You put it in there
and then you push this button
and it rotates the table and drops it in. And, it just thought that orange one was red.
Let's do a different color.
There we go. Purple!
The purple one goes in the blue container because I don't have any purple LEGOs.
Let's try yellow.
And a red one.
There we go.
Let's try a purple one again.
How about a yellow?
and...
let's do another red one
(as long as I don't miss.)
There we go.
Let's get that purple one that ran over here.
Try it again.
There it goes!
Yellow.
There's a red one
and I have another purple one there
and one last red one.
Try that again...
So you can see it still has a few bugs to be worked out, but that's my project!
