My love for cooking was born by chance
Before I wanted to do something entirely different
Chemist, photographer, art school
My familial situation caused me to choose a more practical job
Thankfully, because I found a difficult job that I am in love with
A job that allows me to travel
and, without going to school, allows me to see different cultures around the world
speak five languages, know incredible characters,
and, at the age of 38, to still be totally in love
working 18 hours a day, 7 days a week
I could not be this productive with any other job
Of course I'm precise when I work
I like perfection, cleanliness, research,
you have to read a lot,
since what you read, your culture, is imparted into your dishes
I have my own restaurant, that opened just a year ago, in Ankara, Turkey
and we are what's closest to Turkish cuisine culture
