Food with Bread
hello, from Mütevazi Lezzetler kitchen with love and respects
in this section we have a beautiful recipe which is belong to Antioch city of Turkey
"Food with Bread"
but if you want let's learn the ingredients
1,5 glass of lukewarm water
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 pocket of instant leaven
and flour as it takes
for filling; 2 glass of cheese made of skim milk or yogurt curds
2 onion
2 tablespoon of red pepper sauce
1 teaspon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of dry sweet basil
2 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaglass of olive oil
and 1 teaspoon of salt
now we can start cooking
firstly we pour 1,5 glass of lukewarm water...
into a mixture container
we add sugar
after we mix the instant leaven with some flour...
we add it into the water
let's add some more flour and some salt
now we will knead by adding flour...
until it takes a bread consistency
in Antakya this recipe is cooked in ovens
it is baked in bazaar ovens
the filling is prepared at home and it is baken in bazaar oven with bread dough
the dough started to take consistency
it is best to knead for a while more
we kneaded for 5 minutes more...
after we stop adding flour
now we sprinkle some flour to the bottom, close the cover
and we leave it to take a rest in a lukewarm atmasphere for 45 minutes
while the dough is taking rest we prepare the food
firstly we mix the cheese and the sauce
we really buy the sauce from Antioch appropriately to the recipe
it is be tied up in a large bundle
we mixed two material well by mincing
now we add some salt, because the sauce is salty
sesame, thyme...
sweet basil
after mixing a little bit more we will add olive oil
we add olive oil
olive oil will provide them to stick one another

ofcourse there will be a few trays, we prepared the first tray
now we bake it in the oven which is already heated at 200 degrees
the breads are out of the oven
that means we can cook this recipe at home too
smells great, it is baked in a short time
now place it to a platter
