Just like in the other exercises, we want to finish this series with a cool down. Now
we've been singing hard. We've been doing belting, we've been doing mixing and we've
been doing a lot of high legit singing. It's really important at this phase of the game
to cool down. This is so that you can talk after you sing. Often when we sing real hard
and then we go outside and we start to talk to our friend, that?s when we hurt ourselves.
So at this point it's critical. And just the same as before.
Now if you're really in a hurry in to meet your friends you could simply start this exercise
high and do a few of them going down.
What that did for us was it pulled our chords back together, in case we worked them too
hard at any point. And that allows us to speak freely and comfortably after we've been singing.
