This is the tenth step in Introduction to High Throws when we are going to go further
in crossing the ball which is the ball below, the ball under. So we have so far a high throw
which is going from right hand to left hand. And we did so far this only on the way that
the left hand always keep the same ball. And what we are going to do now is that each balls
are crossing and arriving to the other hand. So my right hand ball will arrive in my left
hand with a high throw, and my left hand ball will arrive with a normal throw in my right
hand. We can practice this at the beginning separately or just with one ball, but after
awhile we need to practice to go further in the same time. So I have one ball always going
from my right hand with high throw, and my ball from my left hand going to my right hand
with a normal level throw. And again what can help me to control if I'm doing well is
the rhythm and the sound of the balls. The eleventh step in Introduction to High Throws
when we are going to do throws again with two balls. And we are going to do the same
thing with the left hand what we did with the right hand before. To have a high throw
with an arch arriving to my right hand from my left hand and in the same time we are going
to do a normal throw from my right hand to the left hand. So this exercise looks like
this. And again something very important is to have my upper arm straight and relaxed
and my shoulders relaxed and I use my lower arm, and I use my fingers to have a good throw.
Because with my fingers I really can control and give a direction to the balls.
