Hi! I'm Scott for Expert Village and today I'm going to teach you how to make a rotisserie
chicken. Next we have this season all salt. If you don't have season all salt you can
go out to a supermarket. I'm sure they carry it there, or if you go to a dollar store.
They always have the all around salt. You might have blacken seasoning. They all work.
It just has whole mixture of different spices in it. Just take off the lid here and we'll
top this off with season all. Now that we have the season all on there, we're just going
to want to put a little pinch of salt in there to tighten up the skin when it's cooking.
Sprinkle it on sparingly all across the top of the chicken. You should be all set. That's
the top side. The next thing that we're going to do now is we're going to flip the chicken
over. Following that, make sure you wash your hands again. The reason we have to wash our
hands again is because we don't want to cross contaminate any of our spice containers. As
much fun and simple to simply reach over and grab them again, to put it away and little
Johnny comes into the kitchen, you don't want him touching that and then touching his eyes,
and then having salmonella poisoning.
