Hi, my name is Nick Dodosh. I'm one of the attorneys here at the Charles Boyk
Law Offices and we handle dog bite cases here at our office. In fact we handle
lots of these cases.
In Ohio, the owner of a dog is what they call strictly liable for a dog
bite. Meaning that you don't have to prove negligence or anything like that.
It's very simple. If there was a dog that bit somebody the owner is responsible.
The one exception would be if somebody was teasing of tormenting the dog and then you
got bit.
But generally that's not the case.
If you have questions about your dog bite injury we'd be happy to talk with you,
discuss the damages and money compensation that might be available to
you.
Our phone number is across the bottom of the screen. Thanks a lot.
