Alright so now let's try turning while spinning the poi backwards. This is different than
in the front because we are going to be swinging and we're going to be turning when the poi
are at the up swing instead of the down swing. So when the poi get to the top we're going
to lift them up and above and again we'll be spinning now in the opposite direction.
Let's try that again, spinning backwards, turning to the left, both of my poi are going
to come on the upswing above my body and I turn and the poi will follow me around until
they are spinning forwards. Keep practicing this a few times until it feels comfortable
and it might be 100 times until it feels comfortable. Spin, both of the hands are crossing in front.
Notice that I'm not crossing them above me. They're both going in front of my body and
up, like this. It might help to take out the spin entirely and just do the movement above
your head like that.
