Our favorite Gleeks have graduated!! But who will pursue their dreams and who will be bitterly
disappointed? I'm Alex and if you haven't seen the Glee season 3 finale, "Goodbye,"
this is your official spoiler alert.
The much-anticipated graduation episode kicked off with a Schuester solo. BORING. I'm pretty
sure that guy poops rainbows. Which would be quite fortunate for germaphobe Emma.
But thank god for Burt Hummel, who picked things up the second he said graduation present.
I can get down with some presents. And what a gift it was. Burt, Tina, and Brittany recreating
the Single Ladies dance a la season 1, when we first fell in love with Kurt. I gotta say,
this episode did a really good job of incorporating flashbacks from the good ol' days of Glee
in order to give our seniors a proper send-off.
And speaking of good ol' days, there were some pretty nice throwback jams in this episode
*cue music*
ANYWAY. Enough of the fun and games. Why didn't Kurt get into NYADA?? We all knew Rachel was
going to get in, just like Puck was going to magically pass the 12th grade. But Kurt??
What is Kurt going to do now??
And Santana, if Gloria Estefan gives you an envelope full of money, invites you to a graduation
party, and there's a piñata involved… you don't question it. You just go.
And hold up. Rachel thinks she's on the way to her wedding, and Finn gets all intervention
on her? Did that just happen? And why was everyone at the train station happy about
it? They were in on this? I agree that getting married fresh outta high school was kinda
jumping the gun, but this was a real effed up way to approach the subject. Surprise!
I'm breaking up with you. And everyone knows it but you. But enough of my ranting. Were
you satisfied with the end of season 3? Sound off in the comments and check back with us
at SideReel for season 4 scoop during the long summer hiatus.
