I have my cornbread out it took 10 minutes and it's cooling over there for a little bit.
I have my celery and onion chopped up in the bowl. Now I'm just pulling the turkey off
and this, you are going to have to roll up your sleeves and get your hands a little messy.
I'm just going to peel off piece by piece and you just want to pull it apart and put
it into our big giant bowl. These are going to be pieces of meat, there are going to be
inter mixed with the dressing. So you don't want huge chunks of it, you know, but it doesn?t
have to be shredded. You don't have to start chopping things or no knives needed right
now, just start pulling it off. I will use the entire turkey here, except whenever I
get hungry and eat. Sometimes I get really hungry in the process of making this and I
just start eating the turkey. So, depending on how much you want actually in the dressing,
don't eat too much of it. But, you know, everybody needs a snack sometime. So just keep pulling
this off until you finish the entire turkey. I do pull the skin off; I don't put the skin
in here with it. Just, you know, skin is really unhealthy and really fattening, so why? You
are not really going to be able to taste the difference anyway, because everything is together
in the bowl. So just take the skin off. I'm going to finish pulling this and we are just
trucking right along adding all our ingredients into our big bowl here.
